Phone Cradle Question

Does anybody know if a Nokia bluetooth cradle taken from an X5 will fit my E60(has all the bluetooth prep)?
The part no for the X5 cradle is BMW part number 84.21-6 973 983 -02.

My Ride: E61 535d sport, Silver Grey/grey/maple.
20" Hartge Nova 7. Previously 19" staggered 172s
I noticed all the cradles looked the same so I reckon there's a good chance.
