Anybody have a place they'd recommend for purchasing? How much did you pay? What style do you prefer?

Its not just a cradle ur buying if u go that route. An eject box, support bracket and trim pieces. Get from dealer, or go shopping on the net with some of the bigger BMW outfits such as Pacific, Circle or Crevier.
The style comes in on picking phone. If u don't have one then u need to find phone and provider. Motorola v5xx and v6xx have most number of phones that fit one cradle. U need to search for threads on this subject as there are at least four - five phone brands with cradle combos and more coming. Recent threads had BMW official compatible list and also x5 unofficial list (very helpful). If u don't find these someone (or me later tomorrow when I have fast link) will post.
Parts alone run about $230-300 not including phone. More for labor. you get charging and connection to external antenna.

I assume that you have the button in front of your cradle, apparently for coonecting / disconnecting the BT so you can continue conversation. Does yours work? Mine doesn't (Nokia 6310i)
