Hi all. I've searched the forum and it seems that the Nokia E90 may be compatible with the E60's BT system. Can someone confirm that this is correct and that the functionality that's available includes incoming/outgoing calls, contacts list upload to i-drive?

Thanks in advance!

Hi, my car is E60 LCI and has a factory fitted BT system. I have tried pairing the Nokia E90 with the BT and could only manage to make and answer calls. The contact list cannot be transferred to the i-Drive. The phone will show system error.

Any help or tips to enable the transfer will be greatly appreciated.

Regards,

That's the official list of all the known compatible phones. If you have a friend with one of those phones have them pair it to your car. If it pairs, sends/recieves properly and the phone book downloads properly, it just means that your phone is not fully compatible.

Note: There are fully compatible phones that are not on that list. Using a known compatible one will just help you narrow the problem down to your handset or the telephone system in your vehicle.

That's dissapointing to hear. I was keen to get the phone but it is essential for me to have the contacts accessible from I-drive.

I have tried the following models and it pairs beautifully. No problem with the contacts whatsoever.

a) Motorola V3
b) Sony Ericsson P1i
c) Samsung 720
d) Blackberry 8700g

regards,

How easy is it for you to access your contact list via the phone while driving?
