Now I have Nokia E61i - it sounds like a good fit to BMW E61 
But it's not perfect.
I have managed to transfer and store my contacts one by one and in small groups (select few and send them with one command), but both select all and Nokia Contact sync progman failed.
Anyway the phone is great: Big screen, qwerty keyboard, good camera, WLAN, and really good battery life time. But S60 platform requires some time to learn - it's quite different compared to old communicator.
