Wondering if anyone has pics or info for clean mounting of a PPC-6700 Smartphone. I am not wanting to interfere with view of any instrumentation, controls or AC vents.
Thanks much!

Have you been to the ProClip site?

Thanks for the response. I have seen the site, but I'm not sure I like the placement of the clips. I think one of the Proclip options is the default for now, but just looking for other options out there and/or someone who has personal experience with Proclip mounts.
Do you have any experience with them?
Thanks again.

An update to my own question regarding a Proclip mount (www.proclipusa.com) for the PPC-6700 in an E60. They now have a mount available that mounts to the left side of the ac vent on the left side of the steering column (right next to the driver door).
The tilt swivel allows a great viewing angle that can be adjusted depending on placement of the sun and there is no blocking of the main ac vents in the middle with very little blocking of the left driver vent.
Works great!

Have you looked @ the Kuda mounts? ( http://www.kudausa.com )
I mounted my Ipod Nano on it and i think it gives a clean look. I love it!

I actually have my XM Radio mounted using a different Proclip mount that puts it in almost the exact same spot and angle as you have your ipod. It's a great spot since it doesn't interfere with anything.

I really like it because it's in a good spot and i can tuck away the wires inside the mount for a clean look.
And no drilling required except for 1 screw that will be covered by the side carpet piece that goes along the center console on the passenger side.
Take a look @ Ebay item # 160019879371 they show a Grey Kuda mount in an E60. ( I'm not affiliated with this seller in any way )
