I have heard the Motorola V551 is 100% compatible with the 5 series. Does anyone have this phone? Can you confirm it works 100%?
Thanks

My Ride: MY 2004 545i; April build; 6 speed; silver grey metalic; black leather; poplar; sport package; cold weather; active steering; xenons .
I have the V551 and have found it fully compatible. I have been told that I am hard to hear due to background noise. I think that is probably an issue with the TCU in the car or the microphone. My car is an April 04 build.

[/quote]My dealer tells me that's all I need, so I agreed to purchase the part and they said they would install it for free ... but if you believe I need more parts, please let me know the part numbers (thanks)
