Hey has anyone heard of www.ipswap.com? I heard about it in some business magazine. It is a marketplace for users of mobile/digital devices can meet with developers and develop new features and upgrades for thier devices.

Anyway... I wanted to know if anyone has used the site or service? If so, please give any feedback... I want to use it buy want feedback first.
