Insert phone in E61 2004

Hi,
I have an 2004 E61, but didn't ordered bluetooth cellphone in early 2004. I've let installing a Parrot bluetooth, but not very satisfied.
Can I still purchase/insert the original BMW Bluetooth mobile so that I can benefit amongst others the contact list from my iDrive?

Your location and build date of the car would really help us answer your question. Look in your paperwork, at the sticker on driver's door jam or check with your dealer. Generally cars built 03/04 and beyond can have bluetooth activated with a software update, allowing you to use just about any BT phone, not just the one BMW offered back in early 2004.
