Anyone has the HTC P3300 or XDA Orbit or T-Mobile MDA III and could you please comment on your experience and its compatibility with The E60 bluetooth?

Thanks

Thanks Bruce
I am interested in the XDA Orbit

When you say were OK, do you mean just pairing & making/receiving calls? Or
Also automatically uploading your contacts to the car everytime you connect? Any SMS?

Many thanks

OK means everything, pairing, making, receiving, full phone book, caller id etc. Everything except the signal indicator and that too works with the jetware software loaded, but I didn't bother with that. I bought none of these because of the absence of the keyboard, windows sucks with the stylus.

BTW SMS has not worked on any bluetooth phones ever.

I must agree that No keyboard is a big put off for me too, but I need a smartphone that works with my car so far, the Orbit is the only viable solution! Sonyericsson's P990 won't work, and is plasticy anyway. Nokias don't work. So that leaves XDA & Motorola Q

I have the HTC P3300 and everything works fine. Contacts synchronization is much faster than with my SonyEricsson T630

I just bought a 520DA Touring. My friend can use his Motorola Phone and find the BT in my car. However, I cannot even find the BT from my car in my HTC P3600. I activated everything on the BT setting in my P3600, cannot find the BMW BT.

Did I do something wrong?

HTC phones are not listed in the official compability list at BMW.

Do you need any special software or driver or set-up, so the HTC P3600 can pair with the BMW car bluetooth interface?
