anyone pick one of these up? does it pair up fine with the car? phonebook and all that?

i'm thinking of switching over to verizon due to the crappy service att gives me in my area.

I have a 2006 530i and just bought an HTC Incredible cell phone. Does anyone have an idea how to get an older model car to sync sith a new phone.
