HELP REQUIRED - really annoying!

Hello,
the problem i'm talking about is the next one:
I'm walking towards my car and already talk to someone on the phone.
When i get in my car the phone goes 'over' to bluetooth connection.
So what you normally need to get is that you can talk through the speakers of the car and hear what they say on the other side of the connection. But this is not happening in my car???
I hear like 2-3 minutes nothing from the other side, but they are able to hear me?!
So i need to call them back all the time
.
Can somebody help me with this problem or is it normal?
BTW: i'm using a nokia 6230i
