Easter Egg? Google Search on Android Phone
Funny thing has happened and I don't know how...
I have an old Motorola Razr phone... probably 2-3 years old. I was playing around with Google Search. For those of you who have an android phone, you hard press (keep your finger on the magnifying glass) and Google search opens up. This is equivalent to iPhone Siri. After you say "OK Google" you can talk to your phone.
The Easter Egg is... The response is now coming through my car speakers. I do have bluetooth connected for phone calls but was never able to connect for other purposes. (2007 530i) I'm hoping I can somehow keep the connection open to stream music.

the same thing for Siri and Google maps. Siri will talk to you over Blue tooth, and if I don't have my phone connected to the iPod interface, Google Map will talk through the sound system over bluetooth.

The BMW doesn't have A2DP which is required to play stereo bluetooth (i.e. music). However, it will play other audio (like system tones and map reading) over bluetooth, because that doesn't use the A2DP profile.
