E-TEN M600 & BLUETOOTH PHONE

I have just bought an E-Ten M600 - PC phone- however I cannot get the bluetooth kit in the 5 series to recognize it. It is picking it up but the phoen part is not working.
How do I get the thing to work?
Can anyone help please....

Make sure you have the latest M600 software version (I beleive it's 171). Then remove existing Eten M600 partnerships from the BMW and BMW partnerships from the Eten. Do a pair and it should work. Even the contacts should get transferred to a maximum of 300 (BMW limit) so you'll never know which contacts are transferred and which are not.
Thanks - Where can I download this 171 version i have looked on the E-Ten corporation website and could not find refeference to it. Are you talking about the total software of the bluetooth software?

Thanks currently downloading 171 - I am assuming it is the usual way to pair the E-Ten and the BMW.
I will remove any existing pairing then search ?

The car picks it up but it always says activate phone - the phone is on and fully charged.

Standard 10 speaker soundsystem.
yeah i have the same problem, i have an eten m500 and it picks up the car signal but it wont use it as a phone.... please help
