Agreed, got it yesterday and all went very well....I just have to better organize my MS Outlook contacts list since switching from the RAZR.

One question I do have for others is how to populate the "Top 10" screen. That's the one piece of functionality that seems to be hit and miss. Not a big problem, just more curious than anything.
