My Ride: 2004 530 mettalic black/auburn
After months of ignoring all the bluetooth posts from disgust of assuming i could never have it in my April 2004 car, I finally came across post that prooved me wrong!! My dealer (open road bmw) is still busting my horns and isnt being very responsive even with the mention of SIB 84 13 04. Has anyone in the Ny/Nj are dealt with a dealer that enabled bluetooth per SIB 84 13 04 for a 2004 car??
Any help is appreciated

Frank,
You can go to JMK BMW in Springfield however to get Bluetooth on your car you need the CPT9000 phone cradle and BTUM. I don't think that a simple software update isn't going to do it unless you get a new TCU aswell but I don't remember the exat cut-off dates.
