Is there a list of cell phone cradles for the e60? I searched this web site with no luck. Thanks.

Don't know how up-to-date this list is but it's a start:

This is good for the UK, I guess this should be fairly universal?

Select your car model & year, it shows you how good the bluetooth compatibility is and also whether a snap in adaptor is available. What you want is one that has snap in adaptor "Y" and Compatibility "Full" for the best in car bluetooth experience The two UK dealers that I have bought new E60's from both swear by the Nokia 6233. Fairly basic, but works great in the car...

There are many phones that work but dont have cradles. Unless like me you always land up building one for your phones.

See some photos for inspiration

Thank you for the input and suggestions. I use Verizon for signal quality here in Chicago. I would love to get Shark Fin antenna connectivity somehow. This seems to be an elusive goal.

This is an easy enough DIY if you dont have a cradle. All you need is a car antennae connector for your phone. Use that and connect it to the shark fin antenna connector that you will find inside the center console.

But will this integrate with the built in car kit?? or am I barking up the wrong tree?

You can get a car antennae cable from your cell phone shop. They are made specifically for your phone. I'm assuming that your phone is already integrated to the car kit via bluetooth and all that you wanted was the shark fin connection. Note : The Bluetooth cradle only does two things, charges the phone and connects to the external antennae.
