When someone is calling you is the name of the person that is calling suposed to be on the i-drive screen cause my does not

If your phone supports full address book sync then you get the name, else you simply get the number.

I have the Samsung D600 does that support full address sync

I don't know, you tell me. If you go to the A-Z list in your communications menu, do you see your phone book. If yet CID should work if not, no.

In some instances you can take your phone back to your carrier and they can update the software in the phone that allows this feature. Once you have it right and the phone links with the car it will display automatically. I have a friend who had a Motorola phone that was two years old. His address book did not show and when he called Verizon Wireless they recommended the software update. It worked after that.
