OK - I've tried about 5 different phones now but none of them ever ask to transfer the phone book to my car?

Is there any easy way to do that?

I've tried - Orange C500, Treo 650, HP Ipaq, O2 XDA IIs and Nokia 6230

You may have to wait a few minutes and/or turn the car off and on for the phone book to display. When I first paired my Motorola 710, the phone book didn't display until I had turned the car off and on again.

The Treo 650 works fine, but it only displays phone book entries that are assigned to one of the shortcut (favorites) keys -- it does not display the entire phone book.

Hope this helps....

The phonebook should transfer within a couple of mins if it is not too huge.

Please let me know if HP Ipaq or OS XDA IIs does work with the BMW Bluetooth?
