My Ride: 2004 530, jet black
Hello everyone! I am new to the forum and came across this thread. I have an iphone 3G and its funny but the only thing i had to do to switch audio mode from car speakers to the phone itself is to grab the phone and start talking through the mouthpiece and it does it automatically (transfer to phone speaker) without pressing anything. Try it guys specially with the Iphone.

Maybe Apple tied the BT to the accelerometers in the handset and have some sort of logic that says, "if the phone moves and the audio level passing through the phone's microphone increases, switch the call from handsfree to handset." If so, that would be pretty cool, not that it's very difficult to manually transfer it using whatever handset you have...
