Default Bluetooth module

I have a 2004 530i but doesn’t have Bluetooth , I went to a junkyard and got a Bluetooth module from a 2006 530i and was wondering if I took off my module to my 2004 530i and put the Bluetooth module from 2006 530i
Will it work? If so what do I need to do?
Or
it won’t work?

please help me out

You need to code the module (including changing the VINon the new module) to the car then active Bluetooth. If you haven't coded the google and watch a lot of videos. Make sure your battery is fully charged. It's not hard if you understand the steps but it will take a couple hours for it to code.

Is you car already prepped for Bluetooth. How did you figure out which one to get. There are different ones and all will not work in your car
