blue tooth volume

My Ride: Numero Uno in Richmond Va 04 530 6 speed, jet black, black dakota leather, xenons, red rear reflectors, 545 front grill, cold weather package, premium package, staggered 19 inch BBS rxII/michelins, H&R coilovers and intergrated, R1 concept drilled an
Model Year: 2004
Engine: 530i
I have noticed over the coarse of 6 years and numerous phones that the bluetooth volume thru the speakers has gotten lower and lower to the point where I have to sometimes struggle to hear volume knob is max out on the bluetooth side still has lots of volume on the radio side.
I am using a htc thunder bolt currently the phone software is getting better, but the volume is driving me crazy callers can hear me fine its just me hearing them is there anyway to increase the volume for bluetooth calls phone vol is up to max also

When actually on a call increase the volume as shown in this picture (from the owner's manual)).
