ok here is very strange problem? i have the blue tooth everything is working the way it should but one thing when i make or recieve calls neither party can hear eachother strange isnt it but true. is there anyone else in here who hjas ran into the same the porblem?

Just to rule out the possibility of having a problem with the phone, have you tried to use a bluetooth earpiece. If you can then the problem is your TCU.

they just installed the software in the car everything is working great but when i get a call they cant hear me but i can hear them my phone is a blackberry pearl 8100. im also voice command cant hear me.

well basically everything is working great the adress book transfer the incomming calls and also they installed the software yesterday at no cost to me"these guys are great at the dealership in here".
one more thing the voice command doesnt recocgnize any coomands sometimes also. im using blackberry pearl 8100.

this car is a great piece of engineering i love it.

Two things to check, first confrim the production date of your car on the driver's door sill. If it is pre 03/04 production, you likely have the old version of the TCU and will need to either replace it ($1500 to $2000 for new) or get the BTUM module.

If your car is newer than 03/04 production, then there may be a problem with the microphone.
