Other than it looking more like an iPhone, I don't see how it's much different than the Curve I just got, outside of the web browsing. However, I never browse on any of my PDA's. I mainly use it for work email only.
PS - If anyone is on Verizon, they JUST released the Curve this past Friday. I'm so happy to be dumping my bberry 8700G.

In addition to the higher-res screen and other features, the biggest deal for me, since I'm on AT&T, is the support for HSDPA.
I can only imagine that they'll improve the web browsing experience to keep it competitive...

Wow the 8700 is ancient! Good to see one of those still being used. That was one of BB best phones ever.
I use a Curve and an iphone now. I'll be picking up the BOLD as soon as it's available from my company. This iphone is lame especially with the bluetooth problems with our cars.

Haha, i'm still using that "ancient" phone...I'm on an 8703e with VZW. Funny I still get compliments about the phone tho...most people say the same thing, best BB ever when it came to form and function. A friend of mine tried to order an 8700 thru AT&T last week, they told her it's out of production. Guess I'm rocking the "old" BB. Hard to part with, still not sure if I even wanna upgrade/downgrade to the 8330 that was just released...either way I know I'll be staying a BB for sure.

What have I missed? My iPhone works perfectly with my car. Just noticed you have a 2005, is there a software issue?

Your iphone works perfectly? Do you ever get the caller dropping out (not the call dropping)? The call stays connected, but when they first answer their phone you might not hear them for a couple of seconds and randomly they will cut out and you can't hear them or they can't hear you. It's very frustrating.
