Best bluetooth phone?
#1
Forum....It looks like we have a pretty good cross section of members using different phones with bluetooth now. And I read a lot of posts concerning phones that seem to work fairly well. And quite a few posts about phones that don't seem to work well. Or that only have limited compatability. Can any of our members tell us which phones they are using here in the US that work perfectly, without a hitch?
In other words what phone integrates seamlessly-with 100% compatability?
Thanks Forum members! Vinman.

I'm in the UK and use a Nokia 6310i. Get full phone book capability, don't get any form of text messaging. Get A-Z, Top 8 and last number redial lists.
(Anyone know how to access voicemail, normally set up as a speed dial on No 1, cant use speed dials via bluetooth?)

Hey there!
Get the Motorola Razr V3. You simply can't go wrong is what I consistently keep hearing in this forum. It'll run a bit more than other phones, but it's the bottom line for seamless interface with Bluetooth. That's what I'm pairing shortly!!! Good luck! BTW, having mines done here at BMW of SF!! BEST REGARDS,
GOLD PANDA

I'm using a Moto V551. In fact, I bought one for me, one for my wife. After all is said and done with the rebates and all, I'm ahead $140.
Phone works flawlessly so far. Phonebook tranfers no prob. Sounds good. No complaints as yet.

I'm using the Motorola V551 and it works perfect. After rebates it works out to be $100. I looked at the Razor, but found I really don't need all the bells and whistles for a phone.
I had a Nokia 6820 prior to V551 and never had much luck with their bluetooth function.
So, my votes is for the V551.

I have the Moto Razr, and I like it a lot.
But Sony phones are so-far, the most compatible with BMW. All features work, and they offer snap-in adapters.
