ok guys i really need some help!!! ive just bought a 2004 e60 530d and when ive looked in the glovebox it firstly has a cd changer built in but when you put any cd's in it ,it loads them but you cant select them through the idrive, is there something i can do in way of a reset maybe for the cd changer maybe??

and secondly in the glovebox theres some leads the first being a usb lead and aswell there is a connection lead for a ipod and theres also a small box which has a red and white audio connection, now ive tried plugging my iphone into this connection but absolutely nothing happens?? the iphone recognises a connection but thats it , theres no notifications on the idrive and nothing seems to happen!!

please if anyone can help it would be much appreciated as its driving me round the twist!!!
