Got the wheels installed today, no problems or rubbing with the 19x10 ET38 in the rear on stock XI suspension. The wheels are flush with the fender so I think I would need coils to make sure I don't rub if I lower it.
The 19's feel alot better to drive on then the stock 17's, less vibration throught the wheel and drives very straight. Lots of extra grip from the Kumho's over the old goodyar all seasons, the cars much more fun to drive. The rear wheels look sick when rolling with the extra concavity! I actually liked the VMR center caps and decided to leave them on rather then putting the BMW roundels on.
The rims look pretty good for the price, the finish could certainly be better and they do mark up really easy. I'm pretty happy with the transformation though and figure in a couple years I can get them refinished or polished, they should be able to stand up for that long.
Pics tomorrow along with flamage about wheel well gap

How did you see the rims when rolling? And put the BMW caps in...much better. Remember, you have to fool the non-BMW folks into believing they are OEM.

Flame on tomorrow!

Nice...can't wait for pics. I told you the finish wasn't the best.
