In comparison to gloss black on a blue car, there's matte black on a blue car, which is quite a bit more noticeable:

On that white 535i you did a page back. You mentioned it was "the biggest PITA car to work on the roof". Why is that if you don't mind me asking? I'm in Utah, and will be having a wrap shop do the same gloss black roof on my white 5 series. Anything I can let the shop know to help them out?

The weather stripping on that car was just very old or sun-worned, and did not make things easy to work with.
