Hood and roof in matte black. The pictures are pretty dark, but I had already taken them, so I figured I would just post them.

I know a guy with an e90 convertible that wants to wrap his window trim. He's local.. How much is your installed price?

$140 for the window trim, since I am assuming it is pretty similar to a regular E90 coupe/sedan.

More window trim:

Who makes the vinyl you use? What kind of warranty does the vinyl have? How does this stand up to the elements, any feedback from people using this in colder climates?

Local people are telling me that if I vinyl my roof it wont even make it through 1 winter without turning to crap. Is this true?

Will the vinyl shrink over time? Where I work, there's no indoor parking, so my car sit directly under the sun, Monday to Friday.
Do you apply any special coding to prevent pealing and shrinking? Thanks.

I assume all of the cars that I apply vinyl on sit outside in the sun 24/7.

I've sold my vinyl/material to people all over the world, without any reports of any problems so far, of weather affecting the life/quality of the vinyl.

And to be quite honestly, if you have any doubts of it not holding up to your winters and/or conditions there, I would just get it painted, or look for other options.

Been a while since I've had time to add some more pictures to this thread. Here are a couple to start out with:

Have you seen the "Frozen Grey" paint?
Do you have, or can you get a vinyl in that color?
