Went by the shop today and ordered the kit, and dropping the check off tomorrow or Friday. Should be installed in a couple of weeks (going out of town on business this Sat...)

I'm afraid to lower the car anymore than stock as I've already bottomed out the stock bumper on just stock sport suspension - I don't want to bottom out the m-tech kit now. But coilovers are looking like a distinct possibility, bumper be damned.

BTW, where did you get your Neez QD7's? They look clean as hell...
Got them off a member on here, mxk116 (also on m5board).

Glad you were able to order the kit. As for suspension, might as well get something like the KW V2s. I had them on my 545 and they were awesome.

How much lower is the mtech front that the stock front end? I already scrape on my driveway if I pull in too straight, Im considering the kit, but dont want to scrape the front every time I get home.

If you are scrapping with stock, then you will scrap with M-tech as well.

I barely scrape as is and only if i pull in straight...I'm willing to try and deal with the mtech kit being lower, if its close to stock, ie within an inch, any lower than that and I probably cant pull into the driveway Not cool.

Anyone know the height of their mtech kit from the bottom of the bumper to the ground?
