Sonic Motorsports is one of HRE Performance Wheel's limited and preferred distributors for the new Carbon Fiber Series of wheels.
Featuring a carbon fiber barrel from Dymag, and T6-6061 center from HRE joined together with titanium fasteners...the HRE Carbon Fiber Series of wheels is sure to set you apart from the rest.
With an average of 20-25% reduction in unsprung mass of the wheel this equates to improved handling and performance. Improvements in acceleration and braking performance are also seen due to the reduction of rotational inertia and unsprung mass.
All wheels are fatigue tested at load levels which surpass TUV aluminum standards.
At this time, 19" and 20" diameters are available with wheel widths based on each vehicles application.
---
The 2 styles currently available will be the CF 43 (Fourteen Spoke Design) and the CF 40 (Mesh Design)
Orders placed from today until April 17th will qualify as pre-orders with a fulfillment date around July. Orders placed after this will be fulfilled sometime in September.
---
Onto the good stuff:
HRE CF 40 (Mesh Design)
HRE CF 43 (Fourteen Spoke Design)
Prices is as follows:
19" = $10,495
20" = $10,745

Might want to advertise official weights, if you expect someone to spend that much on wheels.
They do look amazing.
I would shoot myself if I hit a pothole.

Damn, for the cost of these wheels, I almost could have stepped up from my 550 to a M5 -- not entirely but damn close.
I couldn't imagine paying $10K for any set of wheels but some folks have money to burn I suppose. If I were going to drop $10K on my ride, I'm get whatever I could to increase power as I am never full satisfied with the power of any car I've driven. Now if I only had that $1.5 million for the Bugatti Veyron....
