pm sent and couple of questions.
I would like to know if the performance gains from this causes an increase in wear and tear on the engine?
I have about 32k miles right now and plan to keep this car for a long time(120k+) so reliability is a big factor for me.
Also you mentioned that after remapped, tell dealer not to update softwares, I'm not sure what is ok update and what's not.
For example, new software for idrive, would this going to overwrite the remapped ecu? what about new smg software?
time to time, bmw releases new smg software(bmw actually released new software for smg like 3 months ago). You get the idea.
I would like to know if I can't update any of softwares. Even though I'm not really far away from CA it would be pain in the
butt to get remapped everytime I get software upgrades.

Thanks John.

With gas prices so high these days, don't you want to save 1-2 mpg and also gain HP, TQ and more response at the same time. PM me!
