so far the reviews have been that stage 4 is on the extreme side..not sure if spending the extra money is worth it when stage 2/3 is supposedly similar to SB..would like to hear feedback later on from owners if they get use to the stage 4 setting after more driving..

The length of the wire is the deal breaker for me. I want to hide it in the ashtray.

i am going to take a look and see how they wired.. if it is just simple wire i am going to extend it...

I realized instead of shifting around 5000rpm, it tends to go higher on and tend to shift late... which i am worrying about breaking the transmission...
but i like it because i do not have to floor it... however, when i floor it, it doesnt downshift sometimes...

but i still like it

I noticed that the light stays on on my controller when I turn my car off. Will this prevent my car from going into sleep mode and drain the battery?

Just checked for you. The unit will switch off when the ECU shuts off the car. Depends of model, it will switch off within 5 minutes. And no, it will not drain off the batteries. The power consumption is very very low, just a LED for the VELOCITY unit. =)

Thanks for checking Eric. I wasn't worried about velocity draining the battery, but if it prevented the car from going into sleep mode, that would drain the battery. Good to know that it won't be a problem.
