I think you should call the number provided that way you'll get a faster response to your questions or I can answer them here in this thread.
BTW, the M5 rear bumper and RDSport quad exhaust are not available. They've been sold already. So too, the modified AFE CAI. Not available either.

These M5 mirrors will work only on e60s made before 9/2005. That means if your e60 was built 9/05 - present, it's no good. So, anyone with a 2006/2007/2008 e60 is SOL.
