Everyone is saying these are great, but can anyone report on how these perform aside from your average/daily braking, i.e. how do they behave on very hard braking? For example, if you slam on the brakes for whatever reason (or driving around a track), are they still nice and smooth like the OEMs? I ask because I had to do that the other day, was going maybe 85 and had to slam on the brakes to not hit a deer, and was very pleased with how well the OEMs felt and performed.

The Axxis Deluxed Plus pads are an over-all great performer, they provide just as much if not a little more bit over OE with the added life and reduction in dust. On another note for Axxis brake pads, my friend uses Axxis Ultimates on his car and he takes it to the canyons on a weekly basis, after 3-4 runs the bite stays the same with out any signs of brake fada nd provide a consistent pressure and bite through-out.
