You can download unlock programs from here and there for free.
Please be aware that unlocking/jailbreak the phone can cause the phone to be "iBrick" & will not be able to get any warranty service through Apple.

iPhone 3GS 16gig = $215 (tax and shipping included) + $36 Activation fee + $175 Early termination fee + 100 One month AT&T service = $526 (And no they will not waive activation fee)????
100 One month service?
If you buy one from the store & terminate the service in few hours or in days, then prorated service fee will be like few bucks.
(and if you ask nicely, then activation fee gets waived)

By doing this,
AT&T: keeps activation fee+few bucks of prorated service fee
Apple: sells iPhone so that apple can brag its sales & popularity
You: buy iPhone cheaper than the "phone only" retail price

I don't have anything against the seller.
Lower the price little bit for the members who really want one....that's all...
AT&T may require you to return the phone to them. If you really want to go through the hassle and save a few bucks, here's what you CAN do. You DEFINITELY do not have to pay early termination fee but NO activation fee and you have to pay a prorated amount of monthly service charge.

Go to a direct AT&T store (not an authorized dealer so you don't screw them over).
Open a new line of service and pay cash for the phone. Make sure they dont need your credit card to be imprinted, recorded, etc. Once you get the phone, immediately call AT&T customer care and do a null install. Call as the dealer and they will probably ask if the phone ever left the store. You know what to say. The dealer code should be on the contract. I left out a few items on purpose

Cant use tmobile 3G but can use tmbile $9.99 internet. Decently fast but nothing like 3G. It's still GPRS & EDGE. No use for a 3GS iPhone with GPRS/EDGE service.

Not only I have an iPhone for my own use, but also I bought 2 iPhones last month as gifts....so I guess I know what I'm talking about.

I wasn't saying ur price isn't competitive...it's just that you can give deeper discounts to e60 members if it's possible.

Good luck to you.
Your 100% Wrong, this guys price is great!, actually too good to be true, i'm in the business & KNOW! ! if it was so easy to get the iphones + get approved for ATT they wouldn't be selling for over $700 on ebay. Plus international buyers can't buy it from ATT anyways.

If the original poster is for real i'm willing to fly to your location & Buy all your inventory i'll meet you at a bank, you show me the inventory in the bank, i pay you in the bank. Ii dont even want the discount you offer here, i'll pay the same price as your site...i dont know how real this is, but, if your serious & not a scam *no offence* then reply here

1- Post Photos of these phones with a piece of paper with your name on it, not a photo of just one phone, i'm talking of your Inventory at least 10 phones you should have on hand!

2- You said you sold on ebay, what is your ebay member name so we can see your feedback?

Do you think this guy's price is great (or "too good to be true")?

Read posts again.....he's a scammer!!!

You are in the business & KNOW? I'm not sure what business you are in, but
I bought 3 iPhones from stores & immediately broke the contracts of two lines.....
100% wrong on what?

$700 is ridiculously overpriced.

Again you are talking & have no idea what your talking about! Yes if the price really was about $500 - $600 - what you did doesn't matter, people overseas can't do that an pay over $1000 sometimes for iphones.. & yes i'm in the Businesss & this guys prices ARE TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE & i'm sure now he's a scammer, but dont talk as if you know what your talking about...u think ur situation is the same as everyones..some people can't even qualify for a contract..but will still buy the phone..also the overseas customers, ect..get it?

ps: whoever bought phones from the OP is done for, those prices are absolute BS , the pics i think are of a chinese clone even or even if its the real phone its only 1 not his entire inventory

OK.........

Here we go again.........

From very day one this thread was made I thought this is a scam!
The scheme is totally as all those other phone scams...

As of now, it definately looks as if I am right.

So, here is an official warning:

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GUY UNTIL ALL PENDING CASES ARE CLOSED!

I see positive feedback in this thread from someone that just registered...
Oh that smell...
And I see one negative feedback from another guy that just registered, who seemed to follow this dude over here...

So again:

DO NOT BUY !!!

We are monitoring this situation.
