My Ride: 2005 545i Alpine White Premium package, Sport package, Nav, HUD, PDC
Just to confirm, there is NO difference between these and the OEM LCI tail lights right? Other than the OEMs have a stamp of the BMW logo? Thanks.

My Ride: BMW
Model Year: 2006
I bought this same set with the bruce V6 cables from double s last February through eBay. He's a great person to deal with and responds quickly to emails. Even sent me tracking updates each step the package went.
I had my car parked next to a 535 awhile back and I cannot see the difference.

Many are confused with terms used.
So I would like to confirm, at least my term
OE is Original Equipment.
It's the part you have on your BMW from the assembly line.
For tail lights, you will see BMW logo and Hella logo together.
More Expensive.
OEM is Original Equipment Manufacturer.
It comes from same manufacturer, but it doesn't have original logo because it's not coming from BMW.
(Some OEM have original logo, such as Ford.)
Anyway, when you see this lamp, you can find Hella logo, but no BMW logo.
The item is virtually same with OE.
Less Expensive.
Those are definitions in dictionary.
And the lamp in the topic is OEM, Hella product from Hella factory.
I tried to post some pictures-back side of OE tail and OEM tail- but error message comes out.
I will try later.
You can clearly see what I mean if you see pictures.
Wonderful weekends to all!!

Thanks for the clarification. I've always thought OEM meant the EXACT part the dealer uses, same serial #s and all. But in fact it just means it's made from the same manufacturer (granted it might even be the EXACT same item, just without the cars brand logo).
