I'm sorry but this may sound kind of lame, but what kind of horsepower gains could I expect from this for my 2006 525i? Every little bit of horsepower could help me so

For your car, there may be a gain about 1-2 HP MAX. The pro is the car will breathe better will the free flow exhaust. The OEM muffler is restricting if you look closely at it.
