I spoke with the owner of cross, and they are willing to make 545i set up if I have at least an order of 3. for extra $20.

545 requires bigger pipe

For your car, there may be a gain about 1-2 HP MAX. The pro is the car will breathe better will the free flow exhaust. The OEM muffler is restricting if you look closely at it.

To be honest with you, you will be the first to put on a cross exhaust on 545i. Iam not sure that it will have any droning sound for 545. According to my experience, any mufflers other than custom will produce no or very little droning
