No, it's basically a direct fit. However, it's not a 100% perfect fitment...there is a slight bulge at the fenders. Very hard to see. You will need to change your exhaust though, since the std exhaust doesn't line up with the left side of the m5 rear. Hope this helps.
Would the M-tech rear bumper a better fit without any other mod??
