I'm not stating bavarian X is anything of Hamann.. I don't know and can;t give an answer however I do know about Wheel Power and BavAuto.. but lets jsut wait for their e-mail so we can get the right facts..

WOW! So much interest in this. If you are from the US and you call or email Hamann for parts they direct you to Wheel Power INC. If you call Wheel Power they have Authorized us to sell Authentic Hamann parts. You just have to be careful that you buy from someone who sells the real thing. There are a lot of copies out there. Iceman I can appreciate that you are intent on finding out who can and does sell Hamann in the US and I assure you that we are legitimate. We stock all the E46 and E46 M3 parts and most of the new E90 and Z4 stuff too. 99% of the other companies out there that advertise Hamann parts do not stock them..in the US anyway.

But here is the email I got from HAMANN this day, you know as I TOLD many times they are also screening our pages, anyway here is the statement from HAMANN GmbH:
"At present we do not have an authorized distributor for the US. Wheel Power make some orders, but they are not our exclusive distributor anymore.
About BavarianX we haven't heard anything yet, too."
So please, if you are not in DIRECT contact with HAMANN GmbH, Germany, Europe do NOT use their logo, name, pictures of any product, links etc, on your website, any pics from HAMANN as it is all protected by the copyright of the tuner. This is also applicable for others in all the Forums and other pages and shops.
This is a HUGE World company now, you can check on their site: which is updated as it is brand new now: the truth is here
WHEEL POWER respect to them is no more US importer, he buys something from them but not anymore official for US!!!
They shall not use HAMANN kitted pics on RE wheels e.g.
They are not authorised to forward their rights without prior approval in written from Mr. HAMANN!!
So ANYBODY selling (as a company or on a big scale) on EBAY or here needs also approval for selling HAMANN products, we have some members here who does it so be aware.
So if you buy from them it is ok, but you are def. NOT an authorized dealer of HAMANN GmbH.
While e.g. I am as I am officially contracted with Mr. HAMANN and with HAMANN GmbH ats77 site is on... so OFFICIAL
Please do not take all this wrong, but their interest is seemed to be harmed, copyrights too.
I did tell you know, do not want to get involved with this any more, not my business... but as an "old" member I let you know so you and others know.
Do not cheat or trick other members, also be aware that in the US many parts are FAKE and if it is not from an authorized dealer the company is not baring any responsibility of that.
I want no problems for this friendly Forums that is why I shared all this insider information. Any way you all will see that HAMANN matters will be cleared, who can sell or not
