No. I had CarLab in Santa Clara install my mirrors. Originally, I was going to have my530i install it for me but my car has been over at CarLabs for mods lately so I had them do it. I saw that they took out the whole door panel to get to the mirror. I was told that the hardest part was removing the door panel. For me, this definitely is not a DIYer.
