But, this is a great outlet for your current and past customers to give feedback. Good or bad. How else do new customers know to order or not? IF this thread is not a good place to write about customer experiences, you can start another Feedback Only thread directly for your business. Then we can write comments there and not fill up your selling thread.

We all know Tony is very busy. He is providing a service to the E60 Community. The wait is very long as demand is very high. In regards to the BMW shortage, that was not in his hands. I however would have handled business a little different. I would probably stop taking orders until I got all caught up with my existing orders. It is the backlog that is hurting everyone. Just my $.02. Tony is a grerat guy and is doing his best. I do agree however, a few months to wait is a long time.
