Exactly. What happened??

1. This is the unholy offspring of a 460 and a 760.
2. BMW hiring Lexus designers.
3. Lexus hiring BMW designers.
4. BMW and Lexus are merging to become BMXUS.

Yup I DEFINITELY like the current 7er more
I don't know what it is about the new 7. It's just not appealing anymore.

Thanx for the pics!
I'm no fan of the big nosed grill but do like the overall lines.
The taillights are nice but soo much like any Japanese luxury car.
I think we're gonna have to get used to the big nosed flat fronted grill, because i think something similar will be on the F10

Something to do with pedestrian safety in the EU

Damn pedestrians

A brand new design always takes some time to get used to.
When the current 7 series first came out back in 2002(?), I remember most people were saying Yuck!
After 3-6 month, people will be all over this car just like they are with the current 7 and the previous more edgy 7.
E60 was a disaster to E39 drivers when it first came out in 2004.

I see a lot of Lexus LS from this 7 though. Not a bad thing, I personally think current LS has very classy conservative lines.

I'll say. Like the wiseman says, we have to get use to new things, thats how we upgrade ourselves. haha!
