I was thinking about getting those for my 530...
I just don't understand why anyone would want that or even think that would be the cool thing to have on their e65. If I ever see that car again I'll be sure to alert the driver that he should be damned to hell.

The delusional thing about this is, when people on the street are staring at it with their mouths open in shock as it cruises by, the owner will take that as meaning everyone loves it. Anyone who expresses any negativity towards it will be interpreted by the owner as pure envy. Any feedback coming from a 5er owner will be taken as double envy, because he thinks we (a) would rather have a 7er, and (ii) we'd love it to look like his 7er.
The only way he might see the error of his ways is when it comes time to sell it. Hopefully prospective buyers won't be diplomatic, and instead will piss themselves laughing at it while pointing and shouting 'wanker!!!'.
