Before you purchase it, have the dealership print out the service history of the car. That should tell you if its a good one, or a bad one. I have not had too many problems with my 03. I planned on buying from BMW because I want CPO. This is a luxuary car I want warrenty.......... But I have gotten frustrated with not getting any one really wanting to help me cuz I am out of state. So I will keep driving my 5 till the time is right.

Dont be discuraged there are plenty of reliable 7's, I bought mine cpo'd alpine white is the best color for the 7 make sure you get the sport package....

Nope no heated steering wheel or vent seats, they want your ass to sweat when taking the gangsta turns..... And oh the cd changer not standard as i dont have one either....I wasnt that upset as I wont miss it when i finally get an ipod hook up...

I cant live without the heated steering wheel, and my wife cant live without the heated seats. And I still have never owned a Ipod.

I have heated seats, those are great, heated wheel??? arent you in Cali??
