i'm aware most people here live in the sunny u.s but, does anyone know of any possible weak points where water could enter and sit in my spare wheel well on my 645 vert

it rains tons in the Northeast!! I dont have a vert, but have heard of water issues on a few cabrio's in the past. You may want to check on http://bimmerdrivers.com/forum/, we have a good number of members that are 6er cabrio owners, or you can check the m6board.com as well for ideas...goodluck
