What happened to Interlagos Blue? But of the color combos you mentioned above, I'd go with white w/red interior. 
As for the model year, if you're able to spend more on a newer model, I'd go with the 07. Otherwise, look for a late production 2006 instead of an early one as those tend to have some SMG and VANOS issues.

I test drove an M5 over the summer and was VERY impressed. I didnt even get a chance to put in in "M" mode....i just had it in "Drive" and mashed down on the gas and was blown away!!!! Sucks for me that the new body is coming out shortly.

I've seen a few videos of the m5 vs the 55 amg models... Stock vs stock.. its really a drivers race, the cars are pretty much dead even... unless its an m6

would you consider an m6? or is it too close to a 6?

Seriously though, I would pick the E63 before the E55 but you didn't have the E63 listed. Slight changes make the E63 look more aggressive IMO. But yes, even if you had the E63 on the list, I'd pick the M5 over it. Member Vegastrashed went from a 545 to an E63 and even said his 545 handled better.
