Nice! Weird that the list I found didn't list the current 5 or 6 series.

Incorrect!, they do make them for 6 series. Infact for e60s/e63s/e65s Doesnt come cheap though.

When I spoke to a Quaife representative, they confirmed a LSD was not offered for a 645/650. They recommended that I change the gearing ratio like many other shops told me before.

Has things changed since I spoke to them in Nov. 08, could be but there wasn't any plans in the near future as per. our conversation.

I came across a company here in the Netherlands, searching for a car like mine (also E60, Andy?.... ) to fit the Supercharger.
Additionally they will have to tune the car differently, so I'll loose the chiptuning I already have.
The car will be customly tuned on a Dyno, of course within reasonable powerlimits.

I think the offer is quit good, they will just charge me the hardware. So no charge for the installation/man-houres! The costs will be between ?2500,- and ?3000,-

What do you think?
looks good. I checked out the company GJ, it looks like they're using Eaton Superchargers. They are generic bolt-on little things but the latest TVS series looks good - boost efficiency similar to the twin screw from ESS. They don't cost much, hence the attractive price. If they sort out DME, transmission control unit and MAF tuning it's definately worth lookig into !

From what I understand they would install 1 supercharger on each side of the V8 - the boost is modest, so that's a plus for the engine I guess - I would expect power increase around +35%, more (40-45%) if you add an oil cooler as well.

It would look similar to this 850i setup:

Well, if you look at the web page, it says Custom Differentials. They probably modify an existing LSD to work in the 6.
