My steering wheeling up and down adjustment stopped working for me. The Steering wheel heater and other steering wheel controls work just fine.

Any ideas??

Hope all is well. I know...I havent been on for a WHILE now.

I read that you could reset it by adjusting it all the way up to the max and then all the way down to min.

Try it and revert.

Thanks!

Mine sometimes make a tick tick tick sound going up. Does CPO warranty cover this?

Mine stopped going all the way up, so one day I pushed the control button up and put moderate pressure on the steering wheel, lifting the wheel up. The steering wheel moved to the top position. I did this several times, turning the car off and on. Finally it began going up on its own but it still stops about 1 inch from the absolute top of its travel range.

It is in the shop now and the SA advised that they may have to replace the motor, which is over $1K.

They gave me a X6 loaner and not only does the steering wheel move up, it telescopes back, close to the dash to make it even easier to get in and out. I wish my 650 did that.

I will update you when I get it back.
