Since I replaced my summer set-up for my OEM 121 winterwheels, I noticed that I 'need' spacers front and rear.
What is the best spacer size to choose???

really depends man.. put the wheels on you want and then measure how much clearance you have to the outside of the fender. that's how wide you want to g PS: might need to roll/trim the fender to prevent rubbing

Does anyone know the ET of the OEM 121 (front and rear)?
@ Schulrog: I see you have 19" Flower Power wheels as a winter set up. Do you mean you have the same OEM 121? And you are running 20 mm spacers in the front and rear. But you have the 245 in the rear, as I am running 275. Did you need to roll/trim your fenders?

Hi Doc
add this link to your favourites, it has details on all BMW OEM rims
to answer your question, the 121 specs are as follows':
8,5x19 front 245/40R19 ET 14
9x19 back 275/35R19 ET 18
As the others wrote 10mm is normally fine. I think this is what Andy put on his 545 all round

basically you add the thickness of the spacer to the stock length of the bolt and that's how long the new ones should be.
The stock bolts are 23mm so if you add 10mm spacers you should get a 33mm bolt or whatever is closest to that.
20mm spacer + 23mm stock bolt= 43mm new bolt length.
