I had a problem with the file name as well--rename it wth a .mp3 suffix.

IMHO the sound is not that great. Nothing like 545i, 530i or M5, it is more like some old US muscle car
maybe it is just because of how the sound file was made, sounds like the car is on dino and the microphone somewhere near the egnine not near by the exhaust

Ehmm... the 650i exhaust sounds lower and more burbly compare to my 645ci.

didn't enjoy the sound of the 650 either, the inline 6 is definately aural sex

Yup! I've to agree with you Simple1....the inline 6 do sound better than the 650i

Seems to have a lower, more throaty pitch than my 645. Have to say I like mine better, but sure would like the horses and torque of the 4.8L engine
